Scottish Natural Heritage is supporting the Blas Festival this year as part of our contribution to the Scottish Venison Partnership. Our promotion at the opening event at Eden Court Theatre in Inverness will link our land and culture with that healthiest of Scottish produce, Scottish venison.
Venison is delicious, nutritious, and easy to cook. For more information and great recipes, see www.scottish-venison.info.
Tha Dualchas Nàdair na h-Alba a’ cur taic ri Blas am bliadhna mar phàirt de ar cur a-steach do Chom-pàirteachas Sitheann na h-Alba. Aig a’ chiad tachartas ann an Taigh-cluiche Eden Court ann an Inbhir Nis, thèid an toradh as fhallainne, sitheann na h-Alba, àrdachadh gus togail air a’ cheangal eadar ar tìr agus ar cultur.
Tha sitheann blasta, beathachail agus furasta a chòcaireachd. Airson barrachd fiosrachaidh agus dòighean còcaireachd, faic www.scottish-venison.info.

Stòr-data de faclan Gàidhlig airson craobhan, lusan, ainmhidhean is eile le fuaim airson an fhacal a' chluinntinn. Cha mhòr nach eil gach ainm ag innse sgeulachd!
A database of Gaelic words for trees, plants, animals and more with audio included for pronunciation. Almost all of the names tell a story!
A’ Ghàidhlig air Aghaidh na Tìre Ainmean-àite ann an
Iar-thuath na Gàidhealtachd
Tha dlùth-chàirdeas eadar a’ Ghàidhlig agus tìr bhrèagha taobh an Iar-thuath na h-Alba. Ged a chuir luchd-labhairt chànanan eile ri dualchas ainmean-àite na sgìre, tha Gàidhealtachd an Iar-thuath fhathast mar a bha i fad iomadh linn – na dùthaich Ghàidhealach. Tha SNH air leabhar ur fhoillseachadh a tha a' coimhead air an càirdeas eadar ainmean-àite agus an àrainneachd. Air a' sgrìobhadh le Ruairidh MacIlleathain tha 'A' Ghàidhlig air Aghaidh na Tire' inntinneach agus air leth feumail do dhaoine le ùidh ann an ainmean àite Gaidhlig.
