About Blas
Blas has been devised by The Highland Council in partnership with Fèisean nan Gàidheal and the Promoters Arts Network. Now in its third year running, Blas Festival will take place accross the Highlands from 5th to 13th September 2008.
The Highland Council has contracted Fèisean nan Gàidheal to work with PAN and others to develop this festival for the Highlands.
